Raising the Bar: Bane-Welker Earns Case IH Pinnacle and Platinum Dealer Honors

We are proud to share that Bane-Welker Equipment has once again been recognized for outstanding performance in the Case IH Pinnacle Program — a designation awarded to only the top 10% of Case IH dealers across the country. This prestigious recognition reflects our unwavering commitment to customer service excellence in every department: Parts, Service, Sales, Operations, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Precision Farming. 
 
For 2024, three of our Indiana locations — Crawfordsville, Remington, and Plymouth — have earned Case IH Pinnacle Dealer status, demonstrating what it means to go above and beyond for the customers and communities we serve. These stores join a tradition of excellence that includes Bane-Welker locations reaching Pinnacle status in prior years, such as Wingate, Pendleton, Wilmington, and Circleville, continuing a legacy of growth and performance within the Case IH dealer network. 
 
Achieving Pinnacle status requires dealers to meet high standards in each department, with rigorous evaluations in Parts availability and expertise, Service turnaround and efficiency, Sales knowledge and customer satisfaction, and more. Our team’s ability to deliver dependable, knowledgeable, and timely support — all while representing the trusted Case IH brand — plays a key role in this achievement.

Ten additional locations achieved Platinum status, meeting 6 out of 7 rigorous performance categories in the Case IH Pinnacle Program.
