Our Legacy in Agriculture and Farming Communities

North Central Agri-Power was founded on the Welker family’s deep roots in Midwest farming. With generations of hands-on agricultural experience, the family brought resilience, hard work, and integrity into the agricultural equipment business when they acquired S&W Equipment in Winamac, Indiana, in 1999, creating a trusted Case IH dealership. From the beginning, North Central Agri-Power focused on providing reliable farm equipment, parts, and service while delivering personalized customer support tailored to the needs of local farmers and ag businesses. When Norm Welker joined the team in a sales role, his experience as a full-time farmer reinforced a customer-first approach built on shared agricultural challenges and seasonal demands.

Serving Communities with Excellence, Trust, and Teamwork

Through the acquisition of Reese Equipment in Plymouth and the opening of a second location in 2000, North Central Agri-Power maintained strong community ties while expanding access to full-service agricultural equipment solutions. The dealership emphasizes knowledgeable equipment sales, aftermarket parts and service, and solutions that help farmers operate efficiently and profitably. Guided by the Welker family’s values, North Central Agri-Power’s approach aligns with Bane-Welker’s guiding principles—building trust through honest partnerships, fostering teamwork with customers and employees, delivering excellence in agricultural equipment and service, and helping rural communities and agricultural businesses thrive.
